for above questions, I don't have the specs in mind, my IT guy manage that, but is a 45-50$ vps... Now the wizard, as one call me on the thread, is the guy that optimise the server. I don't know what he do really but he has to know how to optimise it for your type of website (in my case WP)

go for a VPS and hire someone to optimise it, we have a site on a VPS that has +200k UV per day with moments of 10k at the same time
