Then, I'd suggest you're out luck. It's like taking a clip fo the Titanic and trying to remove the boat. Hope you're real good with a video editing suite... Happy to be corrected though!

Watermark is probably embedded into the video. Once complete, you can't remove any 'layers' so to speak. Maybe create an additional overlay with something more relevant to you, so that it covers it? Otherwise, yeah, find a new source without the branding.

If there's no mention of changing the font in the theme options/customization, then you'll need to enqueue your desired font and then add via CSS. A million guides on how to do this, so just a quick Google will help.
