hi, support has informed that UPI BIN is temporary out of stock, but I see that UPI cards are available in your store can I order new UPI cards, will they work?

thank you for your reply, I am already in touch with support in Tlg. asked to replace it with the same UPI BIN or a similar one, we wanted to check specifically UPI as a last resort - offered to make a refund, everything is ok

I ordered a card (UnionPay VCC BIN 623305), but issued card is not working, support has stopped responding to requests and does not explain the reasons. if I order a new card with this BIN, while I'm waiting for the old one to be fixed, will it work?
