I'm not an expert on this, but I believe that he is right. Fair use doesn't mean you can just use a short clip you have to comment or criticize the clip to be considered fair use and even that way they can complain if they want. -

Anyone having invalid clicks with PrivateCPA?
If you click on invalid clicks doesn't tell you what is the issue? You should be able to see if they country is blocked or they are blocking proxy. If you can't try asking them to show you. Good luck I'm not sure asking will help. My friend had problems with them. His account was closed... -
