I tried logging into my account today. It said I got blocked. I submitted an appeal. Sent them a picture of me holding a paper with the name, account name, and number code they give you. I've always gotten my account back. I hope it works today.

UPDATE: I am using a free app called Postern. It makes all apps go through the proxy I input. Putting the proxy in the settings of the phone only works for the browser. No other apps.
