Please let me know how I can purchase some level 2 accounts. I can take up to 10 right now.

I've been using the best spinner for a few weeks now. Usually I get my articles up to a 50% uniqueness and then turn that into 25 spun articles which I use to distribute. Does anybody have any tips on whether or not this sounds like a good method? At 50%, will that provide enough uniqueness to...
