They are stealth accounts with fake names so I not able to verify them.

Hi! I hope this is the right forum for my question. I have 10 Skrill accounts with about 700$ and they all restricted and there is no option to pay with them or send the money to another account. When I spoke with Skrill support they ask for identity verification and I have no way to do so...
