Okay so what I need is a "private" proxy. From reading this forum it looks like "HMA" and "Tor" will not do the trick. Where do I buy private proxies and how do I make my computer use them?

I'm a luddite and I want simple. Would it be sufficient enough to turn off my router/modem and generate 100 IP addresses this way? Every time it comes back on I can just create a new account? Or do I need to go buy proxies and figure that out?
