My honest advice is: You have to find the winning strategy yourself, then write an operating manual, and then outsource.

Posting daily is the standard (from Monday to Friday) Groups posting is not dead also. Share your posts privately with your network and via email marketing, as a part of your newsletter is a good practice too.
