im testing this method for days and i cant get clicks on ogads. i tested with ad.fly where i get 50 clicks in one IG account and 0 clicks on ogads. i tested again with bit.ly when i get 60 clicks on it and 0 on ogads. why? can anybody help me???

I've tested this method today. (Just a test only) with one account. I follow the stepse one by one, but instead to short my link with bit.ly i shorted with ad.fly. and in stats of ad.fly i have 30 clicks one the ogads i have 0. What i've done wrong?
