The most expensive click I got is 4.67€ so about $5.2 ... and it was not even in the health vertical. My avg cpc for health niche: 0.07€ world wide. Usa only, about 0.20€ $40 per click is just too high. no one ever will spend $40 on a single click. Best you can get will be about $7 but...

In my country some folks are charging only about $150...
