Not the facebook ones unfortunately! But if you have the regular ones, yes, you can create a custom audience with a mail list.

Agree with the above, also, try to make legit comments in the groups before blasting out spam, make them as real as possible. Also, I think a different IP/proxy per account is a must if you want to avoid a ban on all your accounts.

As far as I know, the option for targeting custom audiences using FB IDs is long gone!
