This has been posted on the multiloginapp's blog 1.5 years ago and it works very well.. though as some say YMMV depending upon the ISP and how they allocate IPs

Sometimes these work IPs may be routing all traffic through a proxy in a datacenter and maybe intercepting data that way. I know more than 1 place in my town which does that.
