I'd suggest Elementor Pro with the Hello Elementor theme. Elementor Pro has loads of templates that you can use to churn out sites quickly and it isn't nearly as bloated as Avada.

I've used Divi on a few projects and couldn't really get into it. I was hearing a lot of noise about Elementor, tried it and loved it. I use it on most of my client sites now. It allows me to create sites much quicker and it's easy for clients to mange going forward.
