You can ask ur AM to disable it . There is another good network cpagrip which has pin submit disabled by default . You can try it .

If you are looking for cpa network try adworkmedia or cpalead. Disable pin submit so that user don't have to buy anything. Enable email/zip submit and survey.

ogads seems to be best cpi network. Try it to check ur conversion
