you can either buy likes to your page from people who sell them, or add unique content to your page and promote it in FB. You can also add Like button to your site.

It seems to me that twitter visitors are devided into 2 categories: 1) celebrities and thei fans; 2) others who try to do onlinemarketing with the help of twitter.

3$ per lead is not enough. I know dating affiliate programs which pay 5$ per lead. My friend works with Affiliate2Day and gets 100-150 bucks per day bring them targeted traffic.

I do not think it will influence your Google rankings. Google does not muach care about yahoo directory links.
