Seems like u need edit ur placement. both from mobile or dekstop. some of these placement might be not suit with ur ads.

cloaker is MUST for bh ads marketer. many have success using it. and i think fb will still can catch your pop under method quickly.

most of those ads come from porn sites. both publisher and advertiser .
