Groups work best for me when the content solves a specific problem first and monetization sits in the background. Affiliate offers can work, but only when they match what the community already asks about. Once every post feels commercial, engagement usually drops.

Ubersuggest is fine for quick keyword ideas and basic competitor checks, but I wouldn’t use it as the source of truth for rankings or traffic. For my own sites, Search Console is more reliable. For competitor research, Ahrefs or Semrush usually gives me better data.

First check whether the drop exists outside GA4. Search Console, server logs, and even Cloudflare stats can confirm whether traffic actually disappeared. One common false alarm is a consent banner or GTM change stopping analytics from firing while rankings and real visits stay unchanged.

I still use GBP posts, but more for conversion than rankings. They’re useful for offers, updates, and trust when someone checks the profile, even if they don’t move map positions much.
