Instead of setting your own email solution, you should go with some online bulk software (e.g. UltraMail24) which is usually user friendly and you don't have to care about blacklisted IPs, FBL, mail server setup unless you're skilled user or have enough money to hire freelancer.

I have personally good experience with UltraMail24 as they don't have the problem with the same destination domain on one list. I don't know how's their mailserver setup, but I think you can expect much slower sending rate in such case. The destination server can't be hit with e.g. 2k messages...
