Recently I found out, that some of article submission sites offer annual membership for 50-200 dollars with limited or unlimited article submission. So far I know only one - livepositively.com. Maybe there are some more?

I doubt that profit is the main reason. Gambling revenue is based on CPA, which is 100-300 USD. Share revenue percentage is also small. One has to be a whale gambler to get decent earnings. There are industries which are also profitable such as insurance, B2B software, medicine, e-commerce...

I understand, crypto, gambling, loan, CBD markets are quite profitable ones, but why backlinks are more expensive than regular ones? For example, some guest posting site (Google news indexed) asks 300 USD for regular article link, but 500 USD if this article contains link to gambling or crypto...
