Don't even bother with Skype. There's really two ways of doing any type of voice broadcasting, I have done both and ended up settling on the second. (1) Set this up yourself using Asterisk. The problem with this is that it's a pain in the a$$ as you need the bandwidth and the time to do it. (2)...
