Does anyone know where to get the KM %40 off. All of the google results eventually bring you to the full priced KM. I found the 197 SCM so that may have to play the deciding factor (we're a broke non-profit lol)

I'm in a similar boat actually... I am going to start by using my work computer with go to my pc when I'm not there. If that doesn't pan out I was thinking about dreamhost.

Not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for but there is one service called wpsocialexplosion where you can essentially borrow followers so to speak. Their twitter accounts are old and they automate posting via their plugin when ever you post on your blog.

I think Google tracks IP Blocks, along with individual IP's so 100 different IPs may all still show under the same hosting company, which is of course a footprint. Theory of course!
