Best way is to verify them with your mobile number and then delete/change the number.

I'm also interested in such a tool. If you need loads of accounts it takes too much time to manually create them.

In my opinion JetPack only slows your site down. Takes up too many resources.

I made 3 gmail accounts on my static ip. Never had any problems though.
