I'd like a scraper that compiles active Twitter user names from across the web. But I only want Twitter user names that have 2,500 tweets are more, ie "active". Looking forward to your reply and help!

For example, members on SEOClerks offer to add five thousand Twitter Followers to an account for three dollars (or whatever). How do they do this....technically...

I know most of the Followers are fake.
But some programmers and others offer Real Twitter Followers as well.
