What steps are being taken to make sure this doesn't also happen to the french server? For all we know, the spammer site responsible for the ban of the dutch server could be moved to the french and start this process all over again.

thanks EZ, much appreciated. :) And i agree with linkpushing, this service is great. Their servers are the fastest that I have seen for shared hosting anywhere. Even when we were all temporarily crowded on the dutch server, my sites still loaded quickly.

I also sent a couple of pm's to ez, and if he's replied I also have not received them. If he has then something could be wrong with the messaging system.
