The 180 days after it got banned has passed, that's possible now.

I mean, my PP account is banned, and I don't have a bank account or CC, so I'm asking if there's any way, like a web service or something, that I can withdraw money from there to that service, and then iDK transfer it to a new account. As I said before, my PP is banned so I can't transfer it...

Does any of you knows a way that I can withdraw money from PayPal without a bank account or credit card? BTW I'm under 18. Thank you.
