$10-$20 per day is easily achievable. Look at what gigs are selling on places like Fiverr, seoclerks, Upwork, etc, learn how to do it yourself, rank the gig (on whatever platform you're using) and start getting orders. Don't overcomplicate it, you can set up multiple gigs until you find a few...

For difficult traffic that's not converting right away, you have no choice but capture them to an email list, nurture the leads over time and optimize the funnel. Free traffic is free data if it's high quality. I would just find a better source of traffic, though. Sometimes nobody is promoting...

Don't try to outsmart CPA networks with shady strategies, they've seen it all before. You can make plenty with legitimate traffic methods if you actually take the time to find your own niche rather than copying what everyone else is doing.

You can make your own local SMTP server fairly easily and get a mass email software, you can look up guides. That's most likely what they're doing because using a service for that (free or otherwise) would be way too costly/time intensive.

Njal.la is mainly for protected privacy domains, you need true offshore hosting if you want to do anything shady, because they've succumbed to legal pressure before.

Look for reputable buyers on certain forums that allow these exchanges. Literally just search on Google for them, you can find them. In my experience, they are better and faster than localbitcoins.
