Any sports channels for sale?

Hypothetically, If I was to creat 50 artists with 5-10 songs each, and threw them in a playlist together… could I bot that playlist and get royalties from it? I would use SMM panels because I have no idea how to write code, use proxys, etc… Someone please give me some feedback :confused:
