So I guess you can eliminate twitter and use facebook or any other social platform and get them to sign up. You could even create dummy services that look real just to get them to sign up to your social network!:p

Setup a Google PPC campaign, and get it approved, then just suspend it and wait until she is live, then turn it back on. You'll send a ton of PPC traffic directly to her webcam show. ;)
