Still not working... is anyone else getting a successful sign up? I am checking my spam folder, and I'm just using gmail... and I've tried 3 other email accounts. I think the sign up form is broken when you select (10 proxies no trial) for $49 a month. Help me please! I know this should work!

Perhaps some peeps with lots of adwords accounts/offers (such as managing adwords accounts), get free credits up to $100 and even perhaps another $50 on the side and it adds up to $150. Because they expire, they have an immediate value for those needing to open new adwords account to drive...
