Newly created accounts requiring Phone verification
setting up security questions and answers will not help you to avoid phone verification. I got the same problem , i open 300 accounts , setup security questions and answers to all and 2 days later all accounts were disabled and if i wanted to rollback i need to do the phone verification thing...
