True, that is correct. It's some bug, so if you find to much Timeuot proxies try do set lower number of your connections.

New update 1.15.37 fix it. But still it's not completely true because transparent proxy isn't able to hide your IP and SB can mark L3 proxy in IP Test as PASSED. Why? What exactly IP Test check? All the best. :)

Not so good :( I've found after update that proxies on one exact port are always mark as FAILED. What kind of transparency are we talking about? Because from what I see many of transparent proxies (L3) passes IP test. So what exactly check "IP Test"?

You are not alone in my tests it looks bad for SB because lot of good proxies are mark as failed and like Jrim_Software & portalweb said it was already some time. It's not the smartest thing to test proxies via SB now. You need your own script or other tool dedicated to work with proxies.
