Created an account a week ago and I only have like ~35 followers? My profile is about cats and have like 21 posts and get like 30~40 likes on pic but nobody wants to follow me? Still cant understand why... I am following like 49 people if that matters

Hello. As the title says I'm on my way to creating my first blog ever! I am 18 years old from Bulgaria. I decided that I fill my spare time ( which is a lot) by doing something interesting and useful. I am doing it and not doing it in the same time for the profit(mostly because of boredom :D)...
