I think it's under Tools -> Follow -> Sources -> Follow Specific Users -> Import --> Pick file and upload. Assuming it's the same or almost the same as Jarvee.

Yes I did. I deleted all of them and re-added them now. That works fine. I'm going to try once again, scheduled it 30 minutes later from now.
