FYI there is a 21GB template pack on torrent, I used those with my account's information, printed them on cardboard ,took photos with a low-budget camera for PayPal and successfully verified.

Thank you for your reply, in fact paypal asked for 2 documents, photo of id card plus one of those 5 tax related documents. I wonder if adding a gift card to my account has any benefit to this identity verification process, do you have any idea?

I've used my VPS to open a stealth paypal business account and provided a virtual number from dingtone for usa. Now it asks me to provide photo ID plus social security card/ITIN/paystub/w-2 form or 3rd party tax return. where can I get a template of them to edit and send?
