The first freeze point as I've heard is 300~306. I'm not sure if there are some after that. However sometimes it takes longer to show the views once the video is gaining views, usually a couple of hours.

The percent ratio 80-20 is pretty decent and a few of the other people have said that already. I don't know much about the backlink stuff and sorry I can't be of more help.
