I don’t post the same text across multiple groups. Even when I post something very short, like a single word “hi,” it sometimes goes from approved to pending. I mainly post and comment in Facebook groups, and I don’t post more than 1–2 times per hour.

Mostly just text captions, no links. I know links can trigger pending, but even plain text posts and comments go pending after a while, right after being approved.
