You run the risk of getting google slapped if you do something like that. You would have to copy it and spin the content to make it unique in order to avoid getting a duplicate content slap.

If you can actually see the movies I'd suggest getting a screen shot from the movie and putting it up. (Although, more than likely people will start swiping your images.)

I'd have to say the only way to get paid instantly is if you sold your own products and used Paypal, payoneer, or some other quick person to person payment processor. You could always charge per download if you have something really good people will pay.

I use an adfly plugin on my wordpress sites. But I suggest that you go in to adfly and use their bulk link lister. Because the plugin I have for adfly has the direct link in the URL. So, if you put up the link people can just cut out the adfly url and go directly to the site bypassing it...

Nothing beats hard work, but I'd keep the others going while I worked on manually building up my channel. Every little bit helps.

Best of luck, but you'll probably be spending more than 5 hours until you get some sites going to bring in cash. Five hours is usually maintenance on my sites per day.

With anything like that you should at least start a support ticket. Sometimes people do check things on weekends and not everyone has Monday off.

I would have to say that the site looks good, but a tad odd. One thing there is no header. No site name... No logo. Put a header on it and it would look much nicer. I also wouldn't use a huge picture. My eyes caught that first, but it didn't spurn me on to read anymore. More H tags would be good...
