Not calling you a scammer but there is a very very easy way around this. you dont need 2000 phones, you need 2000 sim cards and you give the buyer an option to buy that sim card. this would resolve the issue -

This is a terrible idea. You will not get anywhere without spending 100s of thousands. Trus me on this. why bit just open more eBay accounts and play them at their own game. It's not difficult and it won't cost you every penny you have.- Magicspud
