Is there any working panel currently that can provide 5k+ non drop/almost non drop followers at under $2 per k?

I see that IG has changed recently. When Jarvee was available, I believe you could scrape thousands of likes of individual posts as well as thousands of followers at once. It looks like within the app, IG has now capped how many followers you can see, as well as people who liked a post. What is...
