I'd say Claude subscription, primarily for the "Artifacts" feature, which makes working with files much simpler. I don't think that Claude 3.5 is all that particularly better at coding than GPT. But the file handling really speeds up my workflow.
I use it for all manner of things. Writing, of course. Both to generate things in their entirety and for research/pre-writing for things I intend to write myself.
I use it for data analysis to find interesting things in website analytics data. (it can do a lot with a Google analytics export)...
