One of my WP sites got attackt this last couple of days. So i wonder whats the best plugin to use against these attacks? I dont really know what kind of attack it was, but it destroyed my site, and i couldnt even log in to wordpress from it.

You should go see an doctor, not asking a internet forum. It can be something serious. And if not the doctor can burn the inside of your nose, that will stop it.

Yes i do! I used to be an high level fighter i my country, back then i was training 8-9 times a week. Now i just hit the gym 4-5 times a week and only doing weight lifting.
