Dont buy into the whole expired domain hype. If it isnt relevant to your site then it will not help at all... if it isnt relvant then a fresh new domain that is all about your niche subject would rank better and give your site a bigger boost.

If it is not relevant to your site (in the same niche) then it is a waste of money as it will not rank and will not give you a boost at all.

Yes that was one of the googlers.. I also managed to find lots others googler sites too which where all bland. Your right that these googlers do have all the knowledge about the google algos but in practice they seem not to be able to get it right either. lol
