Hello, I have an encrypted file. Paypal payment method is available on all file decoding sites, but since I live in Turkey, I cannot pay to these platforms. Is there anyone who can break the file and send it for free or for a fee? I have the opportunity to pay the fee by credit card.- maddiumcoder
