I believe they are checking your IP address (it should be dynamic), and payment method(different for each account), it should be different everytime. Mac address is no issue, u can hv multiple accounts from same pc

It says pending approval...then after 15 mins, it says not approved. Lemme put it this way, 9 out of 10 times ads are not approved.
