Yes, google want to force use adwords campaign....But...This campaing DO NOT affect keyword ranking...For example: in one country I placed on 10 position...Using App campaign Adwords I bought 1000 installs/day 10 day...And...I get installs....I moved up in free tools, but my search position NOT...
