Same here, usually after raise the budget even by 10%-15% according all the "rules" and account gets suspended and takes ages for them to response to appeals. something been changed there and i still cannot figure out exactly what.

Update: Currently there is no option to appeal for any kind of account closure. The link to appeal send to automatic workflow with same message: "Your account is in good standing" Anyone encounter it as well?

Happens for all the accounts, even for prepaid accounts, once you appeal for the unpaid balance issue, they open the account and soon after ban you for circumventing system policy, for prepaid accounts i never saw account works after this suspension, circumventing comes always after.

We see this issue a lot since Friday, Google not reply quickly to the appeals.
