What guarantees that your new upstream provider won't "cut your connectivity without prior notice" again? Those downtimes have been recurring for months now and there is no fix. Few minutes downtime is bearable and manageable, +12 hours downtimes are not.

Same here, service is randomly down 2nd day in a row No announcement, no warnings, you would assume your website is up and running as usual, you go check and boom.. Error code 522

Avoid this hosting at all cost, they have downtimes literally every month with no permanent fix, not a stable service. You will get lots of headache hosting your website with them.
