if posts on the 5k accounts gets decent action (likes, comments bla bla bla) then its pretty worth, $30/50 i would say. If the friends are fake accounts, its just worth nothing.

if you aim for long term i would invest your budget you wanting to buy fake subscribers/likes/views and invest that into youtube ads so you grow slow but with real people. and when you have a couple of hundred/thousand subscribers, the ball keeps rolling organically. cheers!

i would be active with it and try to grow it to at least 100k before trying to monitizing it... good luck!
