If you are pinging to much you cause denial of service which I think is listed in your contract as not legal. But they really don`t care that much If you just take down some websites and don`t start some serious shit.

Doing PPI on Demonoid is easy cash. You need a lot og users and proxies. Scale it up and do on other big sites. Like Iptorrents, torrentleech and you will see big income. If you do some twist you can hit 1000$ a day. But you will make life harder for other people. So it is bad.

Maybe he did some pay per install on that torrent. You can get a lot of money by it but you are messing with others people computers which is bad.
